Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Lithuania! I pack and ship all orders by myself from home :]
Please note that if you order outside the EU you may be charged VAT, custom/import fees or taxes, etc by your country upon your package's arrival! As unlike Etsy, i don't collect VAT/tax upfront. Before you order internationally, please look up your country’s import laws and make sure you understand them. Any issues that arise with your order due to your country’s VAT, tax or import fees are not my responsibility.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders take me about 1-6 business days to pack and ship out, delivery time varies based on what country you're from.
In general orders to the EU + UK take about 1-2 weeks to arrive and orders to USA, Canada, etc take about 2-4 weeks. International orders are more likely to end up delayed due to customs and general distance, especially during holiday seasons.
Does my order come with tracking?
Yes! All orders come with tracking info.
How can i check the tracking of my order?
You can check via my country's postal office website here: https://www.post.lt/siuntu-sekimas. You may need to use a translator for the site!
However, if your order has already reached your country, you can use your country's main postal service tracking website instead. (USPS for USA, Royal Mail for UK, etc!)

How can i contact you if i have a question or a problem with my order?
You can reach me via my email [email protected]. Please include your name and or order number/tracking number if you have one!
Can i change/correct the address on my order?
Yes! As long as I haven't shipped the order out. If you've gotten a notification i finished your order, it might still be possible as i don't always send them out the day I finish packing! So it never hurts to try and contact me to correct something!
Can i cancel my order and get a refund?
If you request cancelation before the order is shipped, then yes! You can cancel your order by emailing me and letting me know the order number you wanna cancel.
Can i add an item to my current order?
Yep! Let me know via email. You will have to make a new order with the item you wanna add and i will give you a free shipping discount code so your shipping cost doesn't double for the same package.
✦ PACKAGE PROBLEMS:
My order has still not arrived! What do i do?
You check what your tracking information says! It can tell you when your order reached your country, or when it arrived to customs, etc. If latest tracking news on your order is only a few days or a week old your order is most likely still on the way and you just have to wait a bit longer! Please remember once your package is in the hands of the courier i only have the same tracking information to work with as you do.
I checked tracking, but it hasn't been updated for weeks!
Still no need to panic! Sometimes tracking info can stop or really slow down even though the package is still on its way, if there's delays with delivery it usually means delays with the tracking info too. If it's been a long wait but the tracking says the package is in your country or in customs, please wait a week or so more. If it's been a long wait but the package tracking hasn't been updated since it left my country, then it is likely your package has been lost.
Tracking says my package has been delivered, but i haven't received it, what does that mean?
It usually means your order was either delivered to the wrong address, delivered correctly but got stolen, or it was lost/misplaced but the tracking falsely marked it as delivered anyway. It could also mean it was delivered to your nearest postal office instead of your house directly, it depends on your country's postal service. If you're sure your order isn't in the postal office, then it is most likely been lost by the courier.
So my order was definitely lost, what can be done?
If your order was lost in mail and the address you gave me was correct, i can replace the lost items if I am paid for shipping again. I do not offer refunds for lost or stolen packages, because it is not my responsibility once the package is in the hands of the courier and not me.
If your order was lost in mail, but it is because I put in the address incorrectly, I will send out the replacement package entirely free of charge!
My order hasn't arrived, but tracking says it was returned to the seller!
If your package has been returned to me for whatever reason and the items are in perfectly good shape, i can resend the items if i am paid for the shipping cost again OR i can provide a refund (excluding shipping). But I do not offer refunds on returned packages if the item is custom! (like the pronoun pin buttons)
My package was lost because i gave a incomplete/wrong address, can i get the items replaced?
Unfortunately, no. You will simply have to order again with the correct version of the address!
My package arrived, but it's missing an item/it's not what i ordered!
Oh no! I am very sorry, sometimes i get things mixed up. Please email me with your order number and a picture of what you received and i will send out a new package to you with what was missing!

Item i wanted to buy isn't available anymore, will it be restocked?
Most likely yes! I intend to keep most of my items on the shelves for a long time. If an item is expected to not be restocked it will most likely say so in the description. Don't be afraid to ask me directly if you wanna know for sure though!
If the item will be restocked, how long will it take?
I make all my non-acrylic products at home, so if a button or a sticker design gets sold out it will most likely be restocked within a few days! For acrylic items like keychains or pins, it could take multiple weeks as i usually wait to bulk order and manufacturing in general takes a while.
Will you ever make merch of [x media]?
Not sure! I'm always thinking of new merch designs for both fandom and non-fandom stuff, but me making merch of a specific show, even if i watch it myself, is never garuanteed. It's impossible to predict what will inspire me to make merch ^^'
What is a preorder?
A preorder item is an item you order before it's physically manufactured! This means I do not yet have the product in hand to ship out, all sales made of a preorder item are in advance to fund the product. The time it takes for you to get a preorder item can cary, but it's usually a 1-2 months wait.
Preorder stock is basically infinite as however many preorders I get will be how many of the item I get manufactured! Although I usually order some extras on top for those who missed the initial preorder period.
